About The Position

Are you the Overnight Assistant Supervisor we have been looking for? In this
position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a
dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with
our clients!

Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients
that specializes in
trauma
informed care.
Little Heroes provides 24-hour
comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct
care staff.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site, and also through rotating on call coverage
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Little Heroes’s Residential Department.
