The Overnight and/or Early Morning Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, merchandising products, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the company's Brand Promises. The role also involves engaging customers in loyalty programs, educating them on feedback surveys, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team Members are expected to participate in stocking and planogram processes, manage merchandise returns, perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and assist with AD set duties. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, along with supporting shrink and safety programs, is crucial. The position requires positive and respectful interaction with others, promoting company values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may also be required.
