About The Position

The Aircraft Cabin Agent is responsible for cleaning and conducting security searches on designated aircraft according to Company, Client, and Regulatory policies, specifications and standards. The Aircraft Cabin Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in the aircraft. This includes cleaning the aircraft's interior and ensuring they are clean and secure for daily passenger travel. The position also involves cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, performing heavy cleaning duties, and establishing effective communication with clients and co-workers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area.
• Ensure the correct safety card is placed in each seatback.
• Provision linens and headsets properly.
• Ensure all areas of the aircraft are free of debris.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties in buildings/facilities such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Notify managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Complete all tasks that are assigned.
