ABC Supply Company is currently looking for a candidate to fill an entry-level position in our Overhead Payables Department in Beloit, WI. Responsibilities will include processing invoices for payment, vendor remediation, customer service to our branch locations, and other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Solid understanding of functional area and general accounting principles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills within a high phone volume environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Able to work well independently as well as with a team

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices for payment
• Vendor remediation
• Customer service to our branch locations
• Ensure accurate and timely classification and payment of non-inventory expenses (i.e., utilities, repairs, office supplies, etc.)
• Develop and Maintain branch and vendor relationships
• Ensure outstanding items are properly communicated and elevated as needed
