About The Position

This position will involve the installation of commercial overhead doors. The role requires following instructions from a field supervisor and working both independently and collaboratively with other installers. The installer will be responsible for the installation of more technically advanced or demanding architectural grade products, adhering to manufacturer directions and warranty requirements. Additionally, the installer will track time and materials for each project, maintain equipment in good working order, and report any malfunctions to the field supervisor. Training entry-level technicians on proper installation techniques is also a key responsibility, along with providing quality customer service and attending training sessions to learn new technologies and methods as required by location management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Some installation experience preferred.
• Position will require climbing ladders and use of scissor lifts - must not be afraid of heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; must be 21 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous knowledge of welding preferred.
