Employee Job Responsibilities: Cook product to its established specifications Look for suspect product- correct labels Hang sticks of meat as they exit ovens for chilling process Record meat temperatures in accordance with CCP procedures Maintain a clean and sanitized work area throughout the day Troubleshoot quality deviations with shift leadership Follow all relevant SOP's Abide by all Employee and Food Safety processes and procedures Qualifications/Skills: Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs,and stand for extended periods of time.
