  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of senior PMs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
  • Document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • PMP
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
  • Outsystems certification (highly desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and processes
