About The Position

The Outsourcing Delivery Analyst role at S&P Global focuses on providing comprehensive outsourcing and technology solutions for tax compliance processes. Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in customer service and financial data operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects.
• Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management is a plus.
• Previous Tax internship experience would be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tax compliance or advisory/consulting background in U.S. domestic and non-resident tax.
• Prior experience in complementary tax compliance review for banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct tax document examination (IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, as well as CRS self-certification).
• Act as client relationship lead for due diligence processes related to account onboarding practices and form solicitations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day-to-day account review processes and urgent escalations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on client inquiries regarding applicable statutes and tax authority guidance.
• Address tax compliance and remediation requests in accordance with IRS regulations.
• Assist clients with withholding rate calculations and verification of tax treaty benefits.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting withholding and reporting requirements.
• Address client queries on Tax Solutions developed software and tax form validation logic.
• Participate in client status conferences to discuss validation progress and processing questions.
