Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Records Manager to join our Legal Strategy and Operations function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive Information Governance support and technical administration of records management systems to ensure global regulatory compliance. You will join a high-impact team dedicated to mitigating legal risk and driving continuous improvement across our global business units through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Information Governance or Records and Information Management.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with records management systems (such as Open Text) and process automation tools.
  • Proven ability in project management, specifically leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously to deliver results in challenging environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; industry-standard certifications like Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Records Manager (CRM) are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Program Optimization: Develop and implement the Global Information and Records program by applying advanced analytical skills to assess effectiveness, identify cost-saving initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Administer Technical Systems: Independently manage the Records Management System (Content Manager) by overseeing data migrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the standardization of procedural documentation and manage the records disposal process to maintain strict alignment with organizational standards and legal regulations.
