Additionally, an intern can expect to gain exposure to areas of the business such as portfolio management, trading, marketing, family office, and alternative investments. Projects can include assisting with the aggregation and analysis of economic data, updating data sets and testing on historical ranges and values of an earnings valuation model, creating focus fund reports on new and existing investment managers, building out portfolios and research data in Bloomberg and assisting with a process to gather data for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
