Requirements

• Must have previous dump trucking or similar construction experience
• Must be familiar with construction aggregates
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience required
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• The ability to build and maintain above-average relationships with customers to exceed any expectations they could have is a must

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a CRM is preferred
