About The Position

Menards is hiring Outside Yard & Receiving Team Members for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. No prior experience is required, and the role offers competitive pay, flexible schedules, and on-the-job training. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing the Customer Experience by fostering a fun, fast, and friendly service culture within the Outside Yard. Team Members are responsible for assisting customers, supporting sales departments, and managing the loading and unloading of trucks using motorized equipment, as well as moving incoming products to the sales floor.
