Requirements

2+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, industrial, or automotive industries.
2+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Comfort with technology (email, CRM, Microsoft Office, mobile tools).

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, automotive, or diesel parts sales.
Account and customer relationship management.
Familiarity with commercial fleets, drivetrains, and repair shop operations.
Experience using CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Be the expert on all company products and service offerings.
Develop and maintain customer relationships across assigned territory.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
Meet or exceed sales goals and margin targets, as well as track sales activities.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
Collaborate with branch, delivery, and inside sales teams to ensure high service levels.
Participate in strategic planning to expand market share and grow revenue.
