Requirements
- Motivated, goal-oriented individuals

- Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners door-to-door
- No experience required. Full training provided

Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and connect directly with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on how solar reduces energy costs and adds long-term home value
- Generate interest and set qualified appointments for solar consultations
- Build rapport and trust through face-to-face conversations
- Represent Solar Pros with professionalism, confidence, and energy in the field
