About The Position
The mission of this position is to address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and techniques on customer property and during roadside assistance calls. The essential duties include performing roadside tire service on commercial vehicles, both during scheduled hours and after hours on-call, as well as performing tire service on customer sites. Responsibilities also involve identifying and inflating tires correctly, placing wheels on balancing machines, dismounting and mounting wheels, replacing valve stems, repairing punctured tires, and maintaining the service vehicle. The technician is expected to maintain positive relationships with customers, keep the truck stocked with tire accessories, and uphold a clean and professional image.
