About The Position

At The Woodlands Country Club, Trails Course, Arcis Golf team members are dedicated to anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another. The position involves assisting members with their golf bags, loading and unloading them onto carts, providing club cleaning services, and maintaining the bag storage system. Additionally, team members will provide carts for member and guest play by bringing them to the cart staging area and returning them to cart storage, ensuring they are free of debris, towels, and scorecards. The role also includes operating equipment to retrieve range balls and arranging baskets and range balls according to approved club standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, and providing club cleaning services.
• Maintain the bag storage system.
• Provide carts for member and guest play by bringing them to the cart staging area and returning them to cart storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards.
• Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and arrange baskets and range balls in accordance with approved club standards.
