Landscapes Golf Management and Whispering Creek Golf Club are seeking part time Outside Service Attendants to for the upcoming golf season. JOB SUMMARY Prepares and stocks golf carts and manages driving range while providing a high level of customer service to members and their guests.

Requirements

Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner
Must be able to communicate verbally to members.
Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of golf preferred
Previous experience in a customer service position preferred

Responsibilities

Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with LGM values.
Stages carts for daily play.
Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.
Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.
Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.
Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.
Ensures clean and well organized cart staging, storage and bag room areas.
Monitors cleanliness and cleans on-course bathrooms as needed.
Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
