OUTSIDE SERVICE ATTENDANT
About The Position
Landscapes Golf Management and Coyote Crossing Golf Club are seeking part time Outside Service Attendants for the upcoming golf season. Outside Service Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all golfers and guests. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for golf. Must be at least age 16 by the time of hire. These are part time seasonal positions. Coyote Crossing Golf Club is a semi-private, award winning, Hale Irwin designed golf course located just off I-65 in West Lafayette, Indiana. Our beautiful bent grass, parkland-style course features multiple creek crossings that lead you through wildlife in native prairies, wetlands, and forests while challenging every club in your bag. Our player-friendly, relaxed club experience includes premium carts, a large practice area, and a restaurant with a full bar inside our scenic clubhouse, all of which are certain to provide a memorable round. JOB SUMMARY Prepares and stocks golf carts while providing a high level of customer service to members and their guests.
Requirements
- Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner
- Must be able to communicate verbally to members.
- Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of golf preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
Responsibilities
- Stages carts for daily play.
- Prepares carts for members use; stocks and maintains carts before and after each use.
- Greets members and assists members and guests with the loading of their golf clubs on the cart.
- Cleans golf clubs and returns clubs to bag room.
- Assists with the maintenance of the driving range; picks up range balls and cleans them.
- Provides additional support to other areas of the course as needed.
- Prepares stored member clubs for play based on tee sheet.
- Cleans and maintains organization of bag storage area.
- Ensures clean and well organized cart staging, storage and bag room areas.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
- Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
- Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
