We’re looking for an Outside Sales star, a seasoned waterworks professional who’s ready to build a sales presence from the ground up, grow new customer relationships, and set the tone for a winning culture. If you’ve ever wanted to take ownership of a market and build something lasting, this is that chance. This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a builder’s role. You’ll lay the foundation for growth by combining industry knowledge and a hands-on sales mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in waterworks or site-utilities sales: you know the products, specs, and customer expectations.
  • Comfortable operating independently, making decisions, and owning results.
  • A trusted partner to contractors, municipalities, and engineers who value follow-through and responsiveness.
  • Can create a plan and execute it from business development to follow-up and retention.
  • Professional, approachable, and persuasive across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow the Houston market, bringing on new contractors, municipalities, and engineering accounts.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
  • You’ll be the first call customers make, and the person new hires will model themselves after as the team grows.
  • Help identify, hire, and mentor future sales talent as the branch expands.
  • Work closely with inside sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure flawless service and strong follow-through.
  • Track performance metrics, monitor margins, and partner with leadership to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Set a tone of accountability, energy, and pride both inside and outside the branch.
