What You’ll Do: Identify and pursue new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, including fleets, dealerships, and commercial accounts. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions using Bauer Built’s tire management software. Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and orders. Collaborate with tire center and service teams to ensure timely product delivery and high customer satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to identify opportunities and remain competitive. Ethically meet and exceed sales and profitability goals by following best sales practices and company standards.

Responsibilities
