SUMMARY: This is a salaried plus commission based role selling products from manufactures to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales offices, tile and flooring stores, showrooms, or customer's place of business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage showroom display inventory making sure that all of the company’s wholesale dealers have the best product marketing mix in their showroom. Making time to set up, remove, and discard discontinued lines in entire territory. Looking for opportunities to grow foot print in the showroom and increase revenue, drive profit margin, and increase loyalty in dealer base. · Handles inbound sales leads and convert these leads into sales. · Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers and identifies if new customers are an ideal partner for the company. · Provides product demos and customer training to qualified customers on request. · Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules. · Builds and maintains customers’ relationships · Works with dealers to keep account activities, pricing, product displays up to date. · Monthly Sales Logs · Monthly Expense Logs · Creates custom marketing, draws up or layouts out custom boards for approved dealers. Performs other related duties as assigned by management
