PACE Supply is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Waterworks Division in the Sacramento, CA area. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and managing strong partnerships with underground contractors, municipalities, and key vendors. The Outside Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies aligned with divisional goals to drive revenue and profitability. This position plays a hands-on role in the bidding process, including follow-up to secure awarded projects, and regularly conducts job-site visits to support customer needs. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with internal branch teams and the ability to share market trends and competitive insights across the organization.
