Are you the expert who can deliver it? Quinn Company is searching for a dedicated Product Support Sales Representative to be a true partner to our agricultural customers. This role is for the problem-solver who understands that a harvest can't wait for a repair. You will be on the front lines, providing the critical parts and service solutions—including our premier Customer Value Agreements (CVAs)—that keep California's growers moving forward.   • Become a Trusted Partner: Build lasting partnerships with farmers and growers in your territory, becoming their go-to advisor for all equipment support needs.
  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively sell tailored parts packages, critical repair services, and comprehensive Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) that deliver real value and peace of mind.
  • Get Your Boots on the Ground: Conduct on-site equipment inspections, provide expert recommendations to prevent costly downtime, and be the face of Quinn in the communities we serve.
  • Master Your Territory: Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow your customer base, leveraging both existing relationships and aggressive cold-calling to find new opportunities.
  • Be a Solutions Expert: Work hand-in-hand with our Parts and Service Managers to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring a seamless support experience.
  • You have a thorough, hands-on knowledge of the agricultural industry and heavy equipment.
  • You are a self-starter with a proven sales track record and the drive to win.
  • You excel at building genuine relationships and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly motivated, organized, and ready to manage your own territory.
  • You have 2+ years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • A clean driving record is essential for this role
