DH Pace Company located in Denver, Colorado aspires to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to residential general contractors and builders.

  • Design customized door solutions
  • Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
  • Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services.
  • Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders
  • Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
  • Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable
