About The Position

Pro Rentals & Sales (division of REIC) is searching for a dynamic Outside Sales professional who is customer focused and passionate about building relationships while innovating and improving ways to generate revenue at our Idaho Falls, ID location (covering the areas of Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Pocatello, and Blackfoot). As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with current and future customers. Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation related to sales plans, call reports, and sales packets is key for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Prior inside or outside sales experience is required, within the rental industry experience is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and an ability to learn rental software.
  • Ability to commit to a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospects and customers on jobsites and offices to identify needs and assess interests.
  • Explain the variety of equipment available through sales presentations and prepare quotes for customers.
  • Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment.
  • Remain abreast of market conditions, including fleet mix and pricing of local competitors.
  • Contact prospective customers via phone and email, daily cold-calling and jobsite calls are required.
