About the position

Dry Force Corp is seeking a motivated and outgoing Restoration Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This full-time position involves meeting with homeowners to assess their needs and provide estimates for restoration services, primarily for water damage. The role is remote, with appointments scheduled by dispatch coordinators, eliminating the need for cold calling. The representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing remediation crews to ensure job compliance and progress.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
• Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
• Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need.
• Execute top-notch customer service as an in-home sales specialist.
• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job.
• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers.
• Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs.
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Previous mitigation experience required
• Experience with DASH preferred but not required
• Ability to work 50-60 hours a week
• Proficient with modern technology
• Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people
• Stable work history with a strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully close sales
• Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
• A positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
• Clear criminal background
• Ability to pass drug screen
• High school or equivalent
