About The Position

Iconic Care, a leading provider of Diabetic Medical Equipment (DME) in Indiana, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative. This role focuses on developing and expanding the customer base by building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other referral sources. Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the healthcare or DME industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and educate them on the benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Represent Iconic Care at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Deliver products to patients at home.
