Apply today! This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, there is a performance-based commission structure based on new customer acquisition, growth of existing accounts, and overall sales revenue. This role offers strong earning potential for motivated individuals who excel at building profitable customer relationships. This position is full-time on-site in Rochester, NY. In order for a candidate to be considered they must be local to Rochester, NY, remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships by identifying prospects, assessing their manufacturing needs, and presenting Precise Tool’s CNC capabilities as the solution. Serving as the primary liaison between customers and the company, this role ensures projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
