Northeast Power Dry is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position in New Jersey . This is a field sales position with paid training where you’ll be dispatched from home. No cold calling required! — this is a hot-lead, one-call close opportunity Location: Must be in New Jersey !

  • Meet with homeowners at in-home appointments to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for water and mold damage restoration services.
  • Close deals in a single visit using high-level sales techniques and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Provide homeowners with the best solutions for their restoration needs, offering excellent customer service as a Project Manager.
  • Manage remediation crews to ensure job compliance , progress , and customer satisfaction .
  • Communicate job status updates with customers, company management, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs to ensure timely communication.
  • Process all documentation in a timely manner , ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • 3+ years of sales experience , with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas .
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools.
  • Basic math skills to calculate estimates and pricing.
  • Proficient in technology and comfortable using software tools for job management and reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with customers.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays .
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Experience in remote sales or outside sales is a plus.
  • Blue-collar experience is a plus, particularly in fields like construction, remediation, or restoration.
