About The Position

Creative Safety Supply is looking for a driven, growth-oriented , relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and build lasting partnerships within your assigned territory. This is a visible, high-impact role where you’ll spend time in the field meeting customers, understanding their operations to identify their unique needs, and deliver customized solutions that make their workplaces safer and more efficient. Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years of outside sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, safety, or similar industries
  • Proven ability to build relationships through in-person engagement
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on growth
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience managing large product offerings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERM and CRM systems; NetSuite and HubSpot experience highly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Trade show or Company event representation experience
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally in English; Spanish or French a plus
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and sit for prolonged periods while driving or working from a computer (e.g., laptop, tablet, mobile device)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around customer sites during in-person meetings and facility visits
  • Ability to lift and carry materials, product samples, or equipment up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERM and CRM systems; NetSuite and HubSpot experience highly preferred
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally in English; Spanish or French a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Meet with customers on-site to assess needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide tailored solutions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key accounts
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals , and quotes
  • Track activity and opportunities in the CRM to maintain clean, actionable data
  • Stay informed on market & industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Represent Creative Safety Supply at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments such as, but not limited to, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Foll o w up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction , provide additional information on company offerings, and uncover repeat and expansion opportunities
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and territory updates
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development, including travel to Company HQs for product or process specific training
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your territory, including occasional overnight trips
  • Other duties as assigned
