You’ll start with a base pay of $250/week and earn uncapped commission plus performance bonuses. Many of our reps exceed six figures by following our proven sales process. Using our in-home consultation model, you’ll deliver expert presentations and build trust with potential customers—while helping them turn their vision into reality. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confident communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent time management and organization
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- iPad required for presenting and managing appointments

- Prior in-home or B2C sales experience preferred, but not required
