About The Position

Work with one of the largest e-commerce companies! They're launching a logistics and delivery‑solutions program and are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand its network of small‑business partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships face‑to-face, and is energized by community engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective business owners, guiding them through a new opportunity designed to elevate delivery services in local markets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish or Hindi
  • Experience with Excel and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Outside Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a 90-minute driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
  • Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing leads in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
