Experience in residential or commercial sales is preferred but not necessary. Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Can work independently
Applicants should be physically able to perform an inspection of residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Applicants must also have a high school diploma or GED.
Applicants must have a valid US driving license and a clean driving record.
All new hires receive a drug test and background check.
Applicants must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential or commercial sales is preferred but not necessary.
Pest control or Construction background is a plus but not required.
