About The Position

This is an ideal role for engineers, design professionals, or supervisors who want to transition into sales and leverage their technical knowledge in a new way. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable talking with customers, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Requirements

  • Michigan Residency
  • Proximity to Wixom, MI (for SE Michigan role) or Grand Rapids, MI (for Western Michigan role).
  • Mechanical aptitude is required—whether through hands-on experience, education, or previously related roles.
  • Some sales experience is required, even if not in industrial sales.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to occasionally travel.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in our products, processes, and sales approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the metal forming/stamping industry.
  • Familiarity with machining processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead sales efforts in your assigned territory (SE Michigan or Western Michigan)—tools and marketing leads supplied.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with our Sales Team to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Participating in industry trade shows to showcase our offerings.
  • An established territory will be assigned.
