Requirements

1-2+ years of outside sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
Consistent follow up and ability to move deals forward
Interest in security system industry (training provided)
Familiarity with the Watertown market is a plus
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

1-2+ years of outside sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting and company-provided leads
Meet with homeowners and business owners to design and sell security solutions
Present proposals and close new system sales and upgrades
Guide customers through the process from first conversation to installation
Follow up to ensure a strong customer experience and long-term satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales documentation and activity tracking
