About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager generates revenue in the assigned territory. They are responsible for all sales-related activities, including, but not limited to, lead management, quoting, order capture, training, and customer relations. Ultimately responsible for the sales and profit in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in driving sales and revenue in an assigned territory; experience working with dealers/distributors in material handling or related industry a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Competent in key workplace tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems.

  • experience working with dealers/distributors in material handling or related industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies revenue opportunities within assigned geographic territory with new and existing customers which includes dealer/distributors and integrators. Collaborates with Inside Sales and Engineering to create solutions and provide quotes.
  • Works collaboratively with Inside Sales to develop and close sales opportunities through proactive lead, quote and order management.
  • Effectively cultivates customer relationships through efficient territory management and regularly scheduled in-person sales calls.
  • Provides technical training on Wildeck’s products to dealer/distributors.
  • Represents the company at trade shows and industry functions.
  • Up to 75 percent travel required.
