About The Position

InnoTek Computer Consulting, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cybersecurity firm serving clients across 27 states. Headquartered in Bloomsburg, with offices in Hazleton and Bethlehem, InnoTek partners with organizations in manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, healthcare, and local government to deliver proactive technology management, cybersecurity solutions, and strategic IT guidance. We are a growing company with a strong team culture, a defined sales process, and the tools, training, and support infrastructure to help the right salesperson thrive. This opportunity is for a driven, relationship-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow new business across our target verticals. This is a hunter role focused on building a pipeline of net-new clients through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement, while maintaining a consultative approach that puts client needs first. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, working closely with our inside sales and marketing teams. You will be the primary face of InnoTek in your territory and a key driver of our revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain and position value-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite and owner-level conversations
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a territory and pipeline independently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for appointments and events
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling technology, Managed IT services, Cybersecurity, or related solutions
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, healthcare, or local government sectors
  • Working knowledge of MSP industry concepts (managed services, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate net-new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events
  • Conduct remote and/or in-person consultations to uncover business pain, build rapport, and qualify opportunities
  • Lead prospects through a structured discovery and proposal process aligned to InnoTek's sales methodology
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline, keeping deal records, notes, and follow-up tasks current
  • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and solutions
  • Represent InnoTek at local and regional events, trade associations, and community organizations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients to support retention and referral generation
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and weekly reporting for sales leadership

  • Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $55,000, commensurate with experience
  • Commission: 25% of all new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated — uncapped
