About The Position

As an Outdoor Sales Representative for Spectra, you will be responsible for generating new B2B sales opportunities within your designated territory. You will work closely with businesses, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell our premium gutter systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or building-related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand the unique gutter needs and challenges of businesses, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our gutter systems, their features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our gutter solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
