About The Position

Hodge Industrial Technologies is a leading provider of mission-critical compressed air systems and services for manufacturing facilities. Our commitment to fast, reliable support ensures that production operations remain efficient and uninterrupted. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer success. In this role, you will manage a designated sales territory, guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle and fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate with service and engineering teams to deliver customized compressed air system solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of B2B outside or field sales experience
  • Proven experience owning a sales territory and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Track record of ongoing account development, including growing and retaining existing accounts
  • Experience developing and presenting customized technical solutions in collaboration with service or engineering teams
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory

  • Experience selling or servicing industrial air compressors or compressed air systems

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a designated sales territory, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and ongoing account development
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through on-site visits, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Develop and present customized compressed air system solutions in collaboration with service and engineering teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and lifetime value
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure reliable service delivery
