We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology sales and a proven track record in B2B sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Louisville metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the office equipment or copier industry.
• History of success (academics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for an employer without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our copier products. Tailor sales presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals effectively.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results.
