About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. This role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, alongside a base salary and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company-wide support, making it suitable for individuals looking to start or grow a sales career. The position involves cold calling, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives will grow their own book of business, help small businesses succeed, and earn residual commissions by retaining clients through strong account management. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
