We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, paid training, and significant room for growth. Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in home services, waste management, or construction is highly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Septic System Components (tanks, drain fields, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical repairs to customers.
  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for visiting job sites.
  • Tech Savvy: Competency with Windows-based applications and CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with homeowners and contractors to assess septic needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Generating and closing sales for drain fields, septic tanks, and associated parts.
  • Managing the sales cycle from the initial site visit through to project completion.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads through networking and company-provided referrals.
  • Collaborating with our dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Leveraging ServiceTitan to manage quotes, customer data, and sales tracking.
