Our business has an exciting entry level opportunity for the right candidate with strong personal drive that is a self-starter and has the capacity to learn quickly. We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an established veteran sales professional, learning the ins and outs of the territory, customer base, and product line, with a clear path to take over the territory upon transition.

Requirements

  • Completion of either a manufacturing trade school certificate program, a two-year college degree or work equivalent.
  • Some working knowledge and understanding of CNC machine technology and applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Frequent travel throughout a regional sales territory is necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic manufacturing technology, tooling and part inspection is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a senior sales representative to understand the territory’s history, accounts, and strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new prospects
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customer needs
  • Track all sales activities and customer interactions through CRM tools
  • Participate in training, product updates, and industry events to maintain expertise
  • Perform related duties as required.
