About The Position

American Concrete Products, a growing precast concrete manufacture is seeking an Outside Sales Representative that will generate revenue in assigned accounts, product lines, and territories. This individual will interact with established customers and develop new prospects.

Requirements

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
Strong computer experience and knowledge in MS Suite
Job requires travel up to 30-40% to plants and jobsites in other states

Nice To Haves

Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Mechanical and/or Electrical control experience a plus
Associate or bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Engineering - Mechanical or Civil a plus

Responsibilities

Facilitate positive long-term relationships, and high potential for repeat business with current and prospective customers
Travels to Customer jobsites as needed for critical deliveries, inspections and provide product representation.
Follows up on leads and quotes, conducts face-to-face meetings and presentations on-location with customers to close sales.
Participates in entertainment functions with customers, attend trade shows and seminars.
Answer and return internal & external customer phone calls in a timely manner and handle issues swiftly and professionally.
Maintains knowledge of all major product lines and the specifications of each. Bids jobs, prices items and accessories.
Prepares sales reports consisting of open quotes, deal stages, field activities (planned and current), and market conditions.
Balance relationships with Sales, Operations, and other Project Managers to achieve accountability and desired outcomes.
