Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a new sales position in a flourishing industry, offering unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and a base salary. The role is ideal for individuals looking to start a sales career or switch paths. On-target earnings are projected around $90,000 in Year 1, increasing to $104,000 - $122,000 in Year 2, with additional monthly bonuses. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, through a partnership selling model. This involves cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for client retention through strong account management. The position requires performing virtual and in-person presentations and building strong client relationships across various industries. Hibu provides a hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work), comprehensive training (3 weeks classroom, 9 weeks field), ongoing support, and a clear career path in both leadership and sales.
