The Business Development Representative will develop new customer relationships, seek competitive business, and work with an established sales team to sell Lift, Inc. equipment and services. Travel 75% throughout the Commonwealth of PA and surrounding states. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Door-to-door business calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests Maintaining communications with internal employees to ensure efforts are in line with objectives Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations Seeking long-standing relationships and opportunities with potential and existing customers in their territory. Maintain a territory with daily travel in Central PA and meet and or contact clients and prospective clients on a regular basis. Daily travel by car using own vehicle throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Managing the lead hand off and follow up to all sales verticals. Managing the lead hand off and follow up to all sales verticals. Performing other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Must be over the age of 18. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, or related field. Valid driver's license and good driving record Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Professional presence and demeanor. Strong communication skills written and verbal and the ability to relate to others. Coachable and competitive spirit. Ability to earn client trust along with excellent relationship management skills. Good entrepreneurial sense. Self- motivated. Passion and desire to succeed Preferred Sales or Business development experience in related field. Requirements
