Your Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling pest and mosquito control programs to residential and commercial customers within an assigned territory. In this role, you will: Prospect neighborhoods, businesses, and targeted commercial corridors Conduct on-site inspections for homes and businesses Identify pest and mosquito issues and recommend appropriate service programs Close new recurring service agreements Develop proposals for commercial and multi-location accounts Represent the company at community events and local networking opportunities Maintain accurate inspections, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in the CRM This is a performance-based field sales role that requires comfort working independently and taking ownership of results.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience (pest, mosquito, or similar service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline without constant supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background
  • Experience selling both residential and commercial pest or mosquito control programs.

Nice To Haves

  • State pest control licensing (where required).
  • Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, or regulatory expectations for commercial accounts.
  • Experience with FieldRoutes or similar CRM/field service platforms.
