About The Position

This is an opportunity for an organized individual who is interested in being in control of their own financial future. The candidate will be confident and exhibit a high level of professionalism and possess superior communication and presentation skills. The candidate must have the knowledge, drive, organization, and intelligence to implement a sales process. This Outside Sales position offers growth in a unique field, paid training alongside industry leaders, as well as the opportunity for daily travel and connections to a large client base! All leads are provided by the company, are 'warm' (customer initiated) and there is NO COLD CALLING.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
Computer skills
Desire to earn over $100k
Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background test (honesty policy is appreciated) and have an insurable driver's record.

Nice To Haves

HVAC Experience (Preferred but most certainly not needed!)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Possess the ability to inspire and motivate growth in our team members

Responsibilities

Work with management to create and develop sales strategies and leads that result in installed and service bookings to meet or exceed the established goals.
Establishes written formal sales goals and meeting regularly with the Sales Manager to gauge personal progress against said goals.
Develop a relationship with customer by providing professional representation and assistance in all areas to improve their heating, cooling, and air quality needs.
Maintain the highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment, policy, objectives and our company Code of Ethics.
Prepares customer quotes per customer requirements and follow up until resolution.
