Requirements

  • We are looking for high-energy "closers" who thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience (Home Installation or Repair sales is a huge plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
  • Grit: Ability to work in varying climates and physical environments (attics, crawl spaces, and roofs).
  • Integrity: A commitment to honesty and representing our brand with pride.
  • After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check

Responsibilities

  • As the face of Service Champions, you will visit clients' homes to provide "Trustworthy, On-Time, and Worry-Free" service.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct technical home surveys and measure existing systems.
  • Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners on options to improve their indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency.
  • Closing: Present solutions and secure the "YES" by building trust and demonstrating value.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a "Remarkable Service" experience from the first handshake to the final signature.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay a "Life-Long Student" through ongoing professional development and sales coaching.
