About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. You are responsible for increasing the subscriber base through face-to-face and in-home sales presentations. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
  • Use of a personal vehicle is required.
  • After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate ($0.70 per mile).
  • Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services door-to-door to residential customers in assigned territories/communities.
  • Canvass local communities and conduct in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.

  • Base Salary of $42,000 and Uncapped Commissions with Overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
